Summary:

Service South Asia has one of the highest Times to Repair compared to other regions The TTR has a strong impact on Customer Satisfaction and eventually on NPS. Service Leadership in South Asia needs a systematic way of monitoring causes of High Time to Resolution and track activities performed by various teams involved in Site Down resolution. Site down Tracker addresses this need. Currently the Service Requests are managed on a Legacy Application called CARES. This is interfaced with two applications: Global Installed Base and Field Logistics System, used for Installed Base management and Part Procurement respectively. CARES permits very limited visibility into the action executed by various teams towards Site Down Resolution. Also CARES is not user friendly. This gives rise to the need for Site Down Tracker.

Responsibilities:

 Involved in development of Imports Module, Admin Module and Reports Module.

 Implement JSPs and the supporting Java classes as well as servlets to control the flow of Mvc.

 Involved in development of System Test Plan.

 Involved in Unit Testing of the Application.

 Code review, Peer review for unit test cases.

Title : Material Management System

Summary:

This system offers complete functional support for maintaining the information of activities in material procurement by Purchase Department. Activities of purchase department start from receiving the request from various departments and continue till the order is placed and material delivered at the proper place.

These activities include receive request from the dealers negotiating with suppliers and indent raising, enquiry floating, quotation entry by supplier, quotation comparative analysis, purchase order raising and follow-up. The system also deals with all other departments regarding the activities of this department.

This project deals about the Manufacturing Company dealers, products, of the company, administrators and ordering the products from the dealers to company and so on. The issue provided is differing for administration of company, dealers and for the suppliers.

The main objective of the site is:

Maintaining the company administration.

Ordering the products from dealers

Fetching the Suppliers supplies and Quotations.

The actors of the system are company administrators, dealers and suppliers. The system is designed such a way that the actors can easily interact with system with minimum knowledge to browser the net and company rules.

Responsibilities:

 Implement JSPs and the supporting Java classes as well as servlets to control the flow of Mvc.

 Involving in the coding of JSP’s, Action Classes and Action Forms.

 Involved in Unit Testing of the Application.

The Course Tracking is developed with the aim of automatically tracking the employee training details and other relevant information like whom giving the training to which session. Also manages all employee details. This module is used to provide mailing service to the subscribers and to the administration and here an automated tool is responsible for transferring the mails and searching about the training details in the COURSE TRACKING system. This service is given to only the authorized users.

 Implement the supporting Java classes as well as Servlets to control the flow.

 Involved in the development of code for connecting to database using JDBC.
