I am a seasoned Superintendent with over 27 years in the construction trade. Of these 27 years, 15 have been as Project Superintendent on projects ranging from $50K-$30M. These years have produced a strong background of all phases of commercial construction and light industrial, as well as retail, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, recreation, educational, and religious facilities, along with 5 years in residential. I am experience with CMU, tilt-up, cast in place, structural steel and pan, wood, and structural metal stud assemblies. Highly organized, as well as safety, plus schedule and budget oriented team player is seeking to contribute, and expand, with an innovative and progressive company/organization.

 Supervised/motivated subordinates and company employees.

 Plan and co-ordinate on-site functions, schedule, material control, and engineering.

 Interpreting Architectural, MEP, Structural, submittals and shop drawings.

 Maintain accurate records, i.e. daily reports, violations, deliveries, discrepancies, and changes.

 Perform weekly safety and co-ordination meetings.
