Designed and developed automatic electronically controlled Transmissions (RWD & FWD), components {diff carrier, case, valve body, shafts, gears, clutches, torque converter, and plastic components} using GM’s design guidelines and GM’s standards. This includes updating existing designs and creating new design concepts to release level, using UG-NX, Team Center Engineering, E Square, layouts & assemblies checking the clearance and interference between the parts, using radial & axial stacks by using GD&T ANSI Y14.5M standards. This also includes sketch, parametric & advanced solid modeling, Audit and sign off the drawings, giving presentations, arranging meetings and dealing with the Suppliers and the Manufacturing Department.

Responsible for measuring the size of each chamber of the heart, wall and septum thickness,
Ejection Fraction, output blood flow/sec, measure pressure and volume in each chamber. Identifying any defect in the heart (hole, murmur, Cardiomyopathy, defective valves) and preparing reports using Xcelera for doctor’s review.

Responsible for Design and packaging of seats, doors and chassis components. Also responsible for Forging, Casting, sheet metal, and stamping components. Performed engineering duties in planning and designing tools. These included modifying existing designs, making new designs, drawings and layouts, performing stackups using GD&T.
