MANAGE 34 BANK ACCOUNTS RANGING TO $600K EACH … Oversee A/P & A/R – Analyze & manage all records of financial transactions & general ledgers relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable, adjusting journal entries & bank reconciliations for 34 bank accounts ranging from $2,500 to $600 thousand per account, ensuring records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Balance all asset & liability accounts. Oversee preparation & review of monthly financials including balance sheet, income statements, analysis of cash flow reports & subsidiary schedules. Oversee & assist in billing of scheduled assessments & collection of delinquent accounts.
COORDINATE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP…Oversee research & obtaining of records from County Appraisal Districts - ensuring proper ownership records of lots within each neighborhood.
