I have been active as a Home Builder and land developer in Tampa, Florida since 1988. I closed my company in Dec. 2008 due poor market conditions. I have retail multi-site management experience as well as hiring and supervising Salespeople, Superintendents and all trades disciplines. I am available for international or domestic travel.
