Responsible for all of assembly troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment. From single cell sub assemblies, to multiple station/fixture robotic assembly lines. Planning and installation of new equipment, debug of new equipment, reutilization of existing equipment. Purchasing spare parts while maintaining departmental budget. Developing preventative maintenance programs as well as scheduling of preventative maintenance activities. Create and maintain documentation for MGQR30 as well as ISO certification. Coordinate daily activities for 40 skilled tradesmen.
