Two communities have increased occupancy from 89% to 94%-95% occupied and 97%-96% pre-leased. The other two assets are lease ups and successfully moving forward.

The previous year Harbor Island residents had over 8000 contacts with Alameda Police Department. Last two months (August-September) prior my departure, APD was averaging fewer than 250 phone calls a month

Director of Marketing-

Average occupancy was three occupancy points above market. Atlanta’s average occupancy in 8/02 was 88%.

Customer Service Representative-

Highest renewals in the month of February and service frequency fourth quarter 2001.

S.T.A.R.T Leasing Specialist-

Every property hit their goal within 45 days or less. Goals Increasing occupancy (95% occupied, 95% pre-leased), and CNOI to acceptable levels for the S.T.A.R.T. Team

Leasing Manager-

Increased property rental income by over $65,000 from previous year.

Responsible for the asset steady increase to 100% occupancy (560 units) for 12 months. Offered several opportunities for advancement at other assets. 1999 Southeast leasing consultant of the year.
