The facility consists of over one hundred resident assistant living apartments and thirty additional rooms for reminisce. As Facility Environmental Services Director and Safety, Infection Control engineer of I have saved the company by educating maintenance staffing on HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical and mechanical also an accomplished PM program. Mechanical Systems-
I offer certified and a high proficiency and understanding of systems such as HVAC, water source heat pumps and cooling towers, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance EPA Certified.
Maintaining cooling tower and boilers.
Tests, schedules inspections and maintains proper documentation on the fire protection systems.
Conduct fire and safety disaster drills following the appropriate policy and procedure guidelines educating staff members on Osha safety.
Maintains the alarm system for entire community including, the emergency call system, the wander protection system and the perimeter security system.
Maintains the plumbing system which includes, monitoring and adjusting accessible domestic hot water system to ensure code compliance.
Administration-
Maintains a declining balance budget sheets .stratagem for a ten year capital expense budget.
Maintains an accurate vendor / contractor telephone list with contact names and emergency telephone numbers.
Order equipment and supplies in compliance with purchasing department standards.
Ensure log books are in compliance per federal and state standards (temperature log, fire extinguisher log and cleaning log)
Assist Executive Director with annual budget.
Process and submit monthly expenses and budget data.
Supervisor and management experience which includes recruiting staff, coaching and performance management.
Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook and Excel.
Community Operations-
Respond to all building emergencies.
Responsible for all employee safety training/of Facility Environmental services
Coordinate Maintenance staff on facility pm and building repairs /surfaces and flooring throughout community.
Inspect the building facade for damage and needed repairs.
Safety and Risk Management-
Partner with leadership team to ensure community is in compliance with OSHA requirement.
Ensures safety talks and implemented Safe Program.
Maintains equipment and supplies to avoid waste, damage to areas and equipment and to prevent accidents.
