EXPERIENCE

• Working on the post of Electronics and Instrumentation Shift Engineer under Fuji Technical Services Ltd, for M/s TURBOMACH Ltd, on the sites of DLF Ltd Gurgaon and Chennai from November 2009.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluating the running parameters and rectify then troubleshoot if any faults occurred.

• Troubleshooting of S7-300 series of SIEMENS PLC and SCADA.

•Knowledge of communication systems such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, RS232, profibus etc.

• Attending the Operation and Maintenance work of GAS TURBINES (TAURUS-60) and its auxiliaries, charge air cooler maintenance, Starting motor, SFC pump, loop checking and continuity testing of instruments based on loop drawing packages and schedules. Assisted commissioning engineers during commissioning of the gas turbine.

I conversant the operation and maintenance of the following equipments

1) TAURUS-60 Duel fuel gas Turbines (4 x 5.67 MW)

2) Synchronization of solar gas turbines with each other and synchronize with gas

Engines (18.5MW) and diesel engines (14MW).

3) Calibration of instruments like Thermocouple, RTD, Pressure transmitter, pressure

Switches, Flow meters etc.

4) Preparation of site work reports and work progress.

5) Air Compressor (GX-5FF)

6) Plant fire fighting system.

7) Compressor Washing.

8) Satellite system.

9) Good knowledge about Human machine interface systems, real time controller and failsafe PLC.
