quotations, verifying accuracy of

. As Interim Managing Director, orchestrated a
turnaround of a severely distressed joint
venture in crisis, in India, for a USA based $200 million
capital equipment manufacturer.
Complete restructure resulted in improvement of debt to
equity ratio from 9:1 to 2:1. Increased
production capacity by 100%, increased effective production
by 2400%, and gained 92%
controlling interest in the JV for the USA based company.
In addition, for this client, salvaged the
sale of 7 of 15 manufacturing plants in Russia and CIS and
set the stage for the revival of

Recruited to this $1 billion distribution/retail company. Held
management oversight for over 400 company and franchisee/licensee-
owned retail sites generating in excess of $190 million annual sales
in 14 states. Designed and executed strategic and tactical operating,
financing, and marketing plans to expand market penetration and to
increase franchisee/licensee sales. Increased fee income by 25%.
OASIS INTERNATIONAL
Director of Logistics and Procurement
Partnered with colleague to launch the start-up of this international
trading company specializing in large-scale equipment
purchasing/logistics for major Middle Eastern construction projects.
