Information Technology Solutions

● Re-engineered IT business processes for Lerch Bates. The IT group had been operating on a collection of processes that evolved over a period of 15 years with no analysis to insure efficiency, quality and value. IT business processes were analyzed, mapped, realigned with business objectives and improved to provide greater value at lower cost. Reduced required resources for desktop and server builds by 15%. Renegotiated telecommunications and wide area network contracts saving 20% on the annual maintenance fees.

● Developed and implemented IT strategies to re-align the IT department with business needs at Arapahoe House. Re-engineered the IT business processes to more closely align with current and future business needs. Established working partnerships to insure business goals were met and reduced the occurrence of unaddressed problem areas.
