Upgraded Alden Software – A Change management application tied closely with Sarbanes –Oxley CRL controls.

Instrumental in converting National Cancer Research (NCI). Made the required programming and setup changes to allow them to process orders in JD Edwards.

Designed and programmed Animal Inventory system for ZDF rats based on age and date of birth categories. This was integrated into the RMS sales order entry system providing inventory lookup and side by side inventory comparisons with ZDF FA/FA versus ZDF +FA inventory.

Automated a process to create a Customer Price File which took days to create manually. Designed and programmed a system whereby the user can enter a customer account number to create an Excel file with customers’ price list based on list and contract pricing and thus email it to the customer in minutes.

Modified the Production Automation System to allow weekly census recording for Monogamous and Polygamous Obese Rat and Mouse production models. .

Designed and developed an automated Credit Card reporting process whereby Customers received via PDF email a weekly summary status report of their credit card orders.

Endosafe Manufacturing Project. Designed, setup, and training. Install JD Edwards’s modules – Product Data Management, Shop Floor Control, Distribution and Planning, Product Costing and Manufacturing Accounting. In addition, implemented and tested Product cost accounting, forecasting and budgeting, inventory controls, dream writer menus, and sales reporting requirements.

Reduced faxing costs for Customer Order Status and Order Acknowledgements by making system changes to allow customer service to email PDFs.

Contract Billing and Service Billing converting archived billing and reporting from On Demand archival to Spymaster Optical Software. Moreover, created menu options with customer and invoice lookup to view, print, fax, and email these documents.

• Converted the transfer of Canadian Shipping documents and files by modifying the processed by using TCPIP and FTP.

• Installed RJS Report Splitter This allows reports to be automatically split into manageable sections before they leave the AS/400 and print at different locations.

• Modified the Freight rate system to handle the setup of freight rates based on start and expiration dates thus allowing customer service the ability price orders scheduled to ship at the beginning of the new year

• Made major modifications to our Animal order entry system. Allowed for the cancellation and re entering of an order thus eliminating key strokes.

• Designed and wrote Customer Expert System based on customer inventory storage location preferences. This would block certain locations based on Lab Health profiles. It was built into the order entry system with warning messages and drill down capabilities to the actual expert system record.

• Designed and programmed a system whereby a customer service rep can fax a Customer Order Status report to a customer from their computer. This change alone saved their department a minimum of eight hours per week. (Prior to this they had to cut and paste information from different reports and individually fax them).

• Participated in the migration of System 38 objects to the AS/400.
