Responsibilities included installation and service of Cable Modems and residential cable installations.

Duties included, but not limited to Installation Management, Routing, Damage Claims, Quality Control, Technician Field Training, Implementing Technical Policies and Procedures. Direct operations of cable Installations, at Home Services, MDU rebuild and Underground projects.

WACHOVIA SECURITIES Philadelphia 7/04 – 2/05

Computer Technician: Installed various computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities included, removing obsolete computers and replacing them with modern computers and installing software according to the customers departments.

Duties included, switching monitors and computers, and to keep track of inventory as it was used.

Installing windows XP, Vista accordingly depending on the customer and other various types of software.

Computer Technician: Installing various computer hardware and software for DuPont Co.

Responsibilities consisted of keeping an inventory service, in which helped companies avoid order reductions; reduce bundling, also to remove hard to count merchandise.

Duties also included; retrieving information within the hard drive of obsolete computers and transferring it, into the new computers. While also installing new software.

Troubleshoot problems with both hardware and software issues.

Took on various projects for DuPont that was always finished ahead of schedule.
