Insurance Management system is a web based application, which is designed by an insurance company, to make their application work of insurance policies and claims process easier and flexible. The web based application is used to check the status of the customers who have taken new policies and their proper track and reminding of policy premium payments and claim conditions. The system is actually developed to speed up the Business process such that the customer satisfaction rates increase.

• Designing and implementing of joins, links, pick lists, MVGs, and drilldowns for business objects and business components.

• Designed new Business Objects, Screens and Customized object definitions in the business object layer to accommodate required functions.

Auto Care is the software aimed at Garages that service Motor Vehicles, especially "Cars". The project is developed for a UK based Garage. A Garage can have any number of servicing bays ranging from 1 to n. The system will display a dairy showing the number of available time slots on each bay on a particular time for the selected day. The system tracks the details of the Customers, Vehicles, book Appointments, jobs, parts, technicians and payments details etc. Service history will be maintained for each vehicle. Reminders will be sent to the customers.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration of Application using Siebel Tools.

• Configuration of the User Interface Layer, which includes Applets, Views, Screens etc.
