The product development reduced elevator costs and maintenance down time, resulting in cost savings of several millions of dollars.

• Through Lean Manufacturing, improved production processes resulting in decreased manufacture time, increased production capacity and costs reductions of over 300%.

• Improvement of (high maintenance) machinery production capabilities up-time by 150% through comprehensive maintenance program.

• Created and implemented an Accounting/Manufacturing reporting system that provided accurate and timely financial reporting through actual versus estimated costing of manufactured products, Resulted in improving a $1,200,000 product line by reducing cycle costs by 39% and opening our scheduling window for CNC operations by 66 %.

• Manufactured high volume product line was showing losses due to the inability of a vendor base to provide materials just in time. Implementation of a cost analysis program identified production areas for Lean manufacturing improvements. Resulting in a net profit increase of $240,000.
