Responsibilities:

• Performed business analysis and several levels of software testing for the company’s core product, iSell, and for major integrations with products like Chatter and LinkedIn.

• Developed context diagrams, UML activity diagrams, use case descriptions and storyboards, and conducted reviews with business stakeholders and project team members.
