• Plan and implement annual staffing plans for both UNDP country office & UNDP projects.
• Formulate recruitment strategies by identifying recruitment sources and setting recruitment priorities.
• Lead the recruitment process: prepare & post vacancy announcements (internal websites and media), screen and short-list applicants, prepare matrices identifying job success factors, conduct technical tests, administer interviews and act as an HR representative in all interview panels, conduct reference checks on education and background, prepare job offer and contract, and maintain roster of candidates and consultants.
