Have owned and operated my own business since 2004 with my business partner Daniel Moss, P.E. We specialize in building and renovation of custom homes. The majority of my business relationships has been throughout Palm Beach County. In doing so I have been able to keep a tremendous professional relationship with any and all inspectors I have done business with.

I have over 25 years of experience in hands-on construction, development and construction management. My expertise include site management and contractor supervision, construction layout, coordination with trades, architects, local officials, vendors and clients, estimating and purchasing, project closeout and occupancy for a variety of commercial interests and private clientele. I have participated on projects throughout the continental United States, including Massachusetts, Texas and Florida, for clients such as Commonwealth Engineering, Innovation’s, C.W. Stubbs Construction, New Urban Communities and numerous private clienteles.

• Custom Homes in Palm Beach Island. Two (2) Custom Homes 6000 sq. ft. Estimated Cost $3.2 Million each. Both projects were completed on time and under budget.

• 13 Townhouse projects completed in Lake Worth. $2.8 Million total project. All was completed on time and under budget.

• 20 Spec Homes throughout Palm Beach County. These I over saw as a Project Manager over seeing a team who built these from the ground up.

• 1800 Condo Conversions. These condos were completed gutted and renovated in Delray Beach, Fl: Oakland Park, Fl and Orlando, Fl.

• Palm Beach County Interior Commercial Renovations.
