03/09 to 01/10-Just In Time (JIT) Shipping Team Leader
Responsibilities: Team leader of order fulfillment department that is essential JIT supplier to Kia Motor
Manufacturing of Georgia (KMMG). Supervised and trained approximately 50 new team members for the following
departments: receiving, breakdown, and just in sequence (JIS). Examined Glovis Consolidation System (GCS) to
ensure orders were filled in a timely manner. Communicated with KMMG accordingly in the event any issued
occurred to prevent downtime during production hours.

08/07 to 03/09-Shipping Engine Shop Team Leader
Responsibilities: Supervised and oversaw 8 GLOVIS team members and 12 to 16 Valve Stream Provider team
members. Monitored Automatic Storage Retrieval System for engines & transmissions, ensured trolleys contain
correct materials, reviewed new engineering change order level for outgoing shipments to ensure items weren't
compromised by Hyundai Motor Manufacturing of Alabama (HMMA) engine staff on shared pallets. Helped improve
inventory processes on tote and order filling which resulted in less air freight and lower company expenses.
01/07 to 08/07- Shipping Hardware Body Paint/JIS Team Leader
Responsibilities: Supervised and trained approximately 22 team members, monitored tote flow, observed
Paint Broadcast System screen and provided material to the paint shop, body shop, engine shop, and general
assembly shop. Communicated with HMMA team leaders and other managers to resolve issued and avoid
downtime. Provide assistance to team members when workload surges occurred during shift.
07/05 to 01/07 - Shipping Supply to Line (STL) Team Leader
Responsibilities: Team leader of order fulfillment department that is essential JIT supplier to HMMA. Supervised
and trained approximately 16 team members. Reviewed supply to line orders, monitored error logs in the system to
limit part shortages. Practiced open radio communication between GLOVIS and HMMA on critical issues,
troubleshooting, process improvements, facility cleanliness, safety consciousness, and pulling orders as needed
when staffing was minimal.
01/05 to 07/05 - Forklift Operator
Responsibilities: Pulled material from the warehouse, transferred material in the system, replenished material in
flow racks, executed order fulfillments, rotated stock as needed on a first in-first out basis and distributed materials
to the appropriate locations.
03/01 to 01/05- Big Lots Distribution Center 870, Montgomery, AL:
Material Handler
Responsibilities: Operated upright reach truck to stock and pull inventory for shipment to various customer
locations, transported merchandise and placed on conveyor belt for loading trucks, worked in the receiving area to
unload pallets of merchandise for stocking in warehouse, and filled in for supervisor when needed by assisting
other team members.

Responsibilities: Received in goods, unloaded material from trucks and stacked for scanning, cherry pick driver to
put stock away. Were also a cherry pick driver and one of the first upright reach truck operators when company
