Led all financial operations of business including business plan development.

Enabled privately held software R&D Company to develop opportunity for commercial application and position for growth, profitability and sale to a public company for $28 M. Partnered with CEO to set up business, develop product and manufacturing operations, obtain FDA approval and national distribution and position for sale to public company over a 13-month period!

Led reorganization and restructuring effort to position $125M marine sales and Service Company for additional business opportunities, growth, profitability and eventual sale. Identified operational and financial deficiencies and suggested solutions, inspired cultural change, steered aggressive cost containment, realigned key personnel, achieved financial discipline, managed and cultivated $20M in additional financing all of which led to profitability one year after initiatives completed.

Steered financial direction of premier Northeast real estate development and property Management Company. Managed and led all financial operations of company through periods of dynamic growth and change from start-up through eight-fold increase in revenue and development of commercial and residential projects in excess of $500M.
