Duties - I worked for Wells Fargo as a Collections Representative. I talked to clients and their authorized third party representatives via telephone in a fast paced call center. My duties included accepting payments via electronic check, assisting clients with repayment arrangements for the past due balances on their mortgages, and pre qualifying borrowers for loan modifications. All accounts had to be thoroughly documented for accuracy and clarity. When clients were pre qualified for loan modifications, they had to be informed of the necessary documentation and the options for sending those documents to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in a timely manner.

Duties – Placing outgoing calls to consumers across the country, inputting consumer data and opinions about various products and services. Attention to detail is very important, as are good listening skills and a professional phone manner.

Duties – Placing and receiving calls from consumers, taking information about creditors and setting up repayment plans based on creditors’ established guidelines.
