Partner 360 Phase 2B deals with improving Lead Management and the Deal Creation process by keeping the Partner in mind. Cisco partners will be given access to Lead’s and End-user accounts through a partner portal.

Responsibilities –

• Setting up the Partner Portal for Cisco Sales called Cisco Sales Collaboration–

o Create Partner Portal.

o Create Header and Footer for this Portal.

o Assigned tab to this Portal

o Create a Portal Profile for this Portal User.

o Create a new page layout and assigned this page layout to the Profiles.

• Developed scheduled apex jobs that automate the process of -

o Portal user creation from Contact.

o Partner enabling channel accounts.

• Designed and development of Account management process; End-user accounts being assigned to Partner Accounts. This was done using a custom (Target Prospect) object that would store many-to-many relationships between two record types (Channel and End-user) of the Account object.

• Created apex triggers that shares custom object - Target Prospect and Lead Object records, with partner portal users.

• Write test classes for this triggers and apex classes.

• Do the Unit testing for the triggers and validation rule.

• Created new page layouts for the Partner Portal, for Account and Contact Objects.

• Created validation rules and lookup filters to implement business requirements.

• Created workflows and workflow actions like field updates, email alerts etc.

• Create the list views, lookup filter and Validation rule to implement business requirements.

• Create Workflow rule to update field.

Partner 360 Phase 2C

The goal of Partner 360 Phase 2C was to providing the Color coding on end user account .

The purpose of this Color coding is to show Color on End User Account to identified which End User Account Partner can work, and share this End User Account to Partners .

And create channel account on lead to gives partner visibility on that leads.

Responsibilities –

• Create field on End User Account for Allocation Partners.

• Upload the Color image in Documents Tab.

• Create the Formula field to update the Color on End User Records based on the requirements.

• Creates roles in Salesforce .

• Create Sharing rule to shared this End User Account to to the Partners.

• Create List Views to display this End user Accounts to the Partners.

• Work on the Enhancement request.

• Working on the Lead Conversion Process.
