• Provided in person technical and client support for multiple AV technologies to scientific staff at Amgen’s Thousand Oaks and Seattle Campuses. Technologies include:

o In-room Presentation and Collaboration (NetMeeting / WebEx / Livemeeting)

o Outdoor audio / video PA and presentation setups
• Responsible for preventative maintenance and performed extensive break/fix functions in support of maintenance activities at the Amgen Thousand Oaks campus for 9 buildings / 45 rooms.
