As a Technical Lead, I am responsible for Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of customized PEGA-PEGA Rules Process Commander based solutions for new implementations for our IBM US - American Express customer.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading a project team in delivering solution to our customer in the Credit Cards domain.

Deliver new and complex high quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements.

Responsible for managing scope, planning, tracking, change control, aspects of the project.

Responsible for effective communication between the project team and the customer. Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.

Translate customer requirements into formal requirements and design documents, establish specific solutions, and leading the efforts including programming and testing that culminate in client acceptance of the results.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of functional and Technical experience in PEGA PRPC and other leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills to deliver solutions to customer.

Key projects handled so far include:

1) Case Initiation and Acceptance:

The Fraud case Initiation and Acceptance project will provide an integrated, web browser-based graphical user interface for the CCP’s to evaluate, initiate, and accept Fraud cases, as well as eliminate the need to access multiple Triumph green-screens. This will decrease fraud provision losses, reduce operating expense and provide greater access to information for timely decisioning.

In addition, the project will include automating various actions that needs to be done as a part of case setup which can include on both the Fraud and valid Plastic. The project will also enable the decommissioning of several non standard tools utilized for case setup.

2) Personal Computer Servicing System:

The objective of this project was to support premium cardmember servicing utilizing a portal that will allow American Express to provide a consistent informed and targeted customer experience across three servicing arms (Card Services, Travel and Concierge).

3) Fraud Automation and Rules Engine:

Providing a business rules platform application to enable placing Fraud Business Rules currently embedded in various applications in a centralized rules engine.

Uplifting the Triumph Fraud case batch automation to Standards- compliant architecture utilizing services then provide additional data elements and enhanced upfront automation.

4) PPI - Premium Partner Integration:

The Premium Partner Integration (PPI) project will enable the Membership Rewards (MR) Pay at Partner (PAP) feature to be made available as a payment option on a new high volume online retail website. MR enrolled Card Members (CM) will have the opportunity to pay with points partially (a combination of pay using the card and points) or pay fully with MR points.

The main focus of this project is to identify the transactions done by the partial points (Split Point transaction) for Amazon & generate the Amazon Split Point Exception report and present it to Customer Care Professional
