Using the costing data provided by the survey established work processes to reengineer for improvement. During the “Discovery Phase” of Reengineering mapped the “As-Is” Process. In the “Redesign Phase” of Reengineering, created the “to-be” New Process, Organization, and Implementation Plan.

Major Accomplishments – Developed all necessary forms to be used in the processing of Security Clearances using Word Perfect. Organized and developed a complete job description with these forms and necessary procedures for government personnel to use in processing Security Clearances.

Reported to the Financial Operations Manager, Laboratory Planning. Performed duties of an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. Prepared calendar (using Calendar Creator), scheduled all meetings, and completed other secretarial duties. Conducted special studies and projects to assist management.
