Unit Manager: 2002- May 2010 Responsibilities – Managed an inmate-housing unit consisting of 240 inmates. Supervise 2 Case Managers, 2 Correctional Counselors and 8 Correctional Officers.

Shift Supervisor 1999-2002 Responsibilities- Supervised 40 officers assigned to maintain security throughout the institution and managed day to day activities which included incidents such as inmate disturbances, medical emergencies and incidents as a result of acts of nature.

CCA S.O.R.T.: Special Operations Response Team- 1999-2001 As a part of this elite auxiliary team, my duties were to maintain a level of mental and physical readiness for potentially engaging a hostile individual or group in a range of environments. The essential requirements to be on this team were to be in excellent physical condition, have an aptitude for advance tactical training and to be a leader among your peers as a professional correctional staff member.

Jail administrator- Responsibilities consisted of managing a staff of 5 jailors covering 3 shifts. I scheduled their workdays and primarily oversaw the security aspects of facility operations and the admitting and releasing of offenders.
