v Researched company documents for the outgoing IndyMac Bank General Counsel for pending litigation against four major mortgage insurance companies that were rescinding coverage on thousands of policies.

Coordinated document production, organized and assembled litigation and transitional binders, and briefed the incoming legal counsel on all related matters resulting in a smooth transition with the FDIC’s approval, and without extra lost time, duplication of previous work efforts, or financial expenditures for additional paralegal services.
