Thirty years experience in the manufacturing environment. My primary focus has been in machine design and fabrication. Approximately twenty of those years have been serving the manufacturing industry on an independent consulting basis designing and building specialized equipment. Twenty years experience using Autocad.

I have experience in many areas of the manufacturing community including: Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Appliance, Commercial and Home Windows and Doors, AC and DC motors and generators, Food Processing, Gas Engines, Power and Hand Tools, Mineral and Chemical processing.

My diversified experience in machine design has allowed me to gain knowledge in the areas of power transmission, Pneumatics and hydraulics, all types of sensing devices, PLC and servo controls, motor controls, safety devices, parts feeding and material handling, Robotic applications and tooling.

I have successfully applied each of the above areas in designing and fabricating Special Equipment for assembly, fastening, induction heating, ultrasonic welding, riveting, molding, metal forming, machining (metal, wood, and plastics), packaging, welding, inspection and material handling.

My past experience has given me good exposure to many areas within the manufacturing environment, from troubleshooting existing equipment, to conceptual design and fabrication of new product processing equipment. I am comfortable in areas of customer relations such as sales and field service and do not mind traveling.
