Role: QA Analyst

Descriptions: DirecTV has grown over the past few years from a centralized sales and billing system, to now many other sales system including RIO, COM, DWS, OMS and IVR. Because of how these were implemented, each system defines offers and/or keeps order separately. DirecTV has chosen Comergent and their C3 product to centralize offer and order processing. Comergent will determine the offers that the customers are eligible for, based on the input parameters defined in enterprise rules. The scope of the project is to centralize the offer definition (offer setup) and offer configuration for all sales channels.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed and reviewed the user/business requirements and functional specification documents.

• Gathered project requirements and created Test Plans, Test scripts in Quality Center.

• Participated in weekly status meetings, conducted walkthroughs, documented proceedings, and mentored offshore team members in test documentation and test case execution.

Description: Citi Thank You Rewards is a loyalty program than enables its members to earn points that can be redeemed for products, prepaid gift cards, or travel. Fusion call centre application is the software uses to manage all the Citi Thank You Rewards data. Fusion is used by the agents in the call centers when they work with or for Thank You Members. Agents use Fusion to manage member’s accounts and redeem for rewards on behalf of a member. Another part of fusion is the case management tool (CMT).

Responsibilities:

• Gathered project requirements and created Test Plans, Test scripts in Quality Center

• Performed black box testing including smoke, regression, integration and functional testing

• Used Quality Center for defect reporting and tracking.

Customers will have a dynamic experience while virtually shopping a wide variety of apparels, latest fashions, maintain wish lists & wedding registry apply or manage Macys and Bloomingdales credit cards and have the products shipped to their homes.

• Verified Production bugs and monitoring the logs.

• Developed test data depending on the Test Scenarios as per the functionality of the application.
