Interior build-out of 1,000,000 SF of existing manufacturing and office areas.

Project included office space, conferencing facilities, food service areas, credit union, laboratories and lounge/break areas. Project also included transferring and relocating 2,500 people.

* Retail/Motonext Project- Libertyville, IL

2000-SF high end build out of retail display and consumer experience area.

* Winchester Renovation-Libertyville, IL

Complete renovation of building, including rearrangement of current office spaces to meet new corporate space standards and increase design capacity.

* Consumer Experience Project-Libertyville, IL

Renovation of the first floor of the Administration building, including all modular workstations, hard-wall offices, conference rooms, engineering lab/equipment space and additional special purpose spaces (e.g. display salons).

The Wrigley Company

* Rush Street Entrance and Lobby Renovations- Chicago IL

Project included upgrades to the Rush Street entrance and lobby of the Wrigley Company’s landmark headquarters building at 410 N. Michigan Ave. At the north lobby, a new security station, marble walls and flooring, new entrance with bronze doors and storefronts and canopy. Renovations at the south entrance and elevator lobbies included new lighting and marble flooring. Additionally, the project included restoration of portions of the building’s ornate limestone façade and installation of new signage, sidewalks and planters.

* Third and Seventeenth floor Renovations- Chicago, IL

Project included renovations to the two floors that connect the separate buildings at this site. New marble walls and flooring in the elevator lobbies, upgrades to the security system and new finishes to the connecting corridors.

Forrest City Enterprises

* Michigan Ave. Office Build-out.- Chicago, IL

New office space for corporate usage located in the NBC tower. Project included new floor layout consisting of conference rooms, offices, break-room and entrance lobby.

Ford Motor Company

* Torrance Avenue Assembly Plant, Chicago, IL

Construction of a new 12,000 SF maintenance building

Healthcare/Research

University of Chicago

* Culver Hall- Prince Lab Renovation-Chicago, IL

2500-SF renovation of an existing laboratory to a new and improved lab. Total gut of 2nd floor, new MEP, casework and finishes.

* Erman Hall renovation- Chicago, IL

6000-SF renovation of 1st and 3rd floor laboratories. Project included the total demolition of interior spaces, new handicap assessable entrance, new MEP, casework and interior finishes.

* Billings Hospital renovation- Chicago, IL

Approximately 15,000 SF office renovation of the 6th and 7th floors of the Billings Hospital “ A “ corridor. Project included removal of existing operating theatre, 2,000 SF of structural steel for slab infill’s, interior office construction including millwork, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, acoustical and drywall ceilings fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems. Mechanical work was extensive (approximately $550,000) and included installation of two air handling units in attic space above the 7th floor.

* Bio-Psych building- Chicago, IL

Completion of a new 4 story building on 57th street.

Alexian Brothers

* Addition to existing hospital- Hoffman Estates, IL

Project entailed a three story addition to the southwest side of the hospital as well as a single story lobby/vestibule addition. Finishing the project also included he enclosing of an outdoor courtyard to expand the dining facility.

Advocate Healthcare/Illinois Masonic Hospital

* Dentistry Building- Chicago, IL

Complete demolition and remodeling of interior space. Work included all new lab equipment, casework and finishes throughout. All work was done while office was open requiring schedule to0 be adaptive to changing priorities.

Riverside Hospital

* Entrance Lobby and Pharmacy renovation- Kankakee, IL

Complete remodeling of the main entrance and pharmacy. Work included a new handicap accessible revolving door, new woodwork, pharmacy layout and finishes.

* Office and Exam room Renovation- Kankakee, IL

6,000 SF renovation of offices and exam rooms on the west side of hospital. Work included new floor plan, addition of bathrooms and lobby/waiting area.

Adler Planetarium

* Main theatre Renovation- Chicago, IL

Renovation included complete demolition of space to allow for new design which included upgraded projection equipment, new MEP, theatre seating and construction of tiered stages allowing for space to be used for presentation/teaching purposes.

Deneen Elementary School

* 70,000 SF addition to existing school- Chicago, IL

Two story Addition included full cafeteria, ADA compliant elevator and entrance and landscaping. Project also included upgrading the existing schools MEP and fire suppression system. All work was done while school was in use.

Gameworks

* Gameworks- Columbus, Ohio

Complete remodel of existing bar, gaming and restaurant area. All work was done while facility was open and completed in two weeks time.

*Bank One, Milwaukee Avenue- Chicago, IL

In-line tenant finish of an existing 2,852 SF space in a strip center. Includes demolition of masonry walls for new storefront openings, new interior build-out and electrical relocation and RTU work for landlord.

* Bank One, State Street- Chicago, IL

Tenant build-out of a Bank One in-line banking center.

* Bank One, 35th and Halsted- Chicago, IL

Demolition of two prior tenants and construction of new branch banking office.

* Banco Popular, O’Hare- Chicago, IL

Interior remodel of an existing bank

First United Bank

*First United Bank, St. John- Indiana

Construction of a new ground up bank including large vault, extensive site work and full basement

Crate and Barrel

*35,000 SF retail store- Geneva, IL

Construction of a free standing two story retail store. Work included the installation of an escalator, elevator and the design addition of three skylights late in the project.

CVS Pharmacy

*CVS- Tinley Park, IL

Ground up construction of new retail store including drive up pharmacy service.

Bass Pro Shops

*Bass Pro Shops- Spanish Fort, Alabama

New construction of 140,000 SF retail store including full restaurant and bar. Space also included a boat service center, twin glass elevators, separate mezzanine areas connected by bridge, a 15,000 gallon fresh water aquarium with waterfall and 10,000 gallon salt water aquarium. Project also included landscaping with a three tier flowing brook.
