Company
INNOLOG 02-199*-**-****
Senior Technical Lead for the G-4 contract with the DCSLOG G-4 Logistics Information Center. Worked with a team
of 4 systems engineers and LAN senior staff with cross-training in LAN network user management, tier 2/3 hardware
and software support and video teleconferencing issues as they were required in day to day support of G-4 staff and
users. As a team after 9/11, the LINC staff had to work in 4 different buildings over the course of 4 months until such
time as the Pentagon was ready to be re-occupied and users moved in groups into re-renovated office space. This
required an on-going effort of communications between NISA-P, IMCEN, the G-4 senior management and all staff
members to smoothly as possible get the Army Logistics users back into the swing of everyday operational use. 9/11
taught all of us a lesson about the need for redundant systems and teamwork. Some of the turn-around times to affect
this were measured in hours instead of days or weeks. I was still currently keeping abreast of new technologies and
hardware issues for DCSLOG G-4, and in this effort the customers satisfaction was still my and the teams’ number one
priority. Installed and maintained first Blackberry devices/servers in the Pentagon. I was part of the initial Blackberry
testing and rollout via IMCEN/Titan before their merger in 2003.
Prior To 9/11 supported G4 staff with VTC teleconferencing using Polycom devices, maintained records of all VTC
activities and coordinated both NIPR and SIPR sites with DISA and Army VTC components. Supported G4 logistics
community users on a daily basis with hardware and software support, upgrades, refresh and research.
