Presently I am working as a Cluster BSS Eng of ZTE (Off Role)

As a BSS eng of NSN (Payroll of 3guys).

From 1st Sept 2009 to 10 June 2010.& As a poreject engg from June 2008 to Sept 2009.

Customer: Airtel

Designation: BSS Engineer.

Location: New Alipure MSC.

Job Responsibilities: :-

• Resource utilization for improved the network KPI.

• Coordinate & support the Field engg actively.

• Maintaining day – day data of the field work for my cluster & updating the DPR of the cluster .Planed for network KPI improvement & executing the plan. Support the team member to rectifying the issue & clearing the network alarms.

A familiar idea of MUX & familiar with Alcatel-lucant, Tejas Mux.

• Support team members technically base on my field exp.

** NEC,CERAGON installation & Commissioning for SDH, Link alignment.

** Resolve the link performance issue like link interference resolve the link performance issue like interference, change rerouting, protection, channel utilization, etc.

• Clear the performance issue of the network (call drop, interference, vswr, hand over etc).

• Change the ET path planning or freq. planning if any required, transmission optimization also execute.

• Work in IP over e1 iBSC (ZTE), NSN (BSC).

• Support team member for rectifying problem (tech, infra,mechcanical), as well as planned for maintaining the network KPI.

• ZXC iBSC 10 server commission.

• Monitoring the cell site from BSC to view the cell site condition and minimize the problem if any have.

• In NSN Looking for 5 BSC in my cluster team & responsible for 2 BSC.

• Detects faults, priorities and takes immediate corrective actions according to the agreed fault management procedures.

• ET through from the BSC end for the cell site.

• Cell reconfiguration, cell quality issue, interference issue etc. also minimized.

• Work on NMS & NMS visibility.

• Commissioning of NSN ultra and Flexi-EDGE BTS (Master & Slave BTS)

• Installation of NSN ultra and Flexi-EDGE BTS (Master & Slave BTS)

• Installation & commissioning of IDU (FIU 19).

• VSWR and Power Measurement for the BTS site, Hardware testing of equipment

Also work with huawei equipment (RTN605, 620)

* IDU & ODU installation & commissioning for PDH & SDH link.

Handling Equipment:

* Bird, Anritsu, Via – Echo site analyser.

* Power Meter of both type digital as well as analogue

Achievement:-

Expertise knowledge in NSN equipment.

Achieved the highest HOSR & TASR in ZTE.

Active support to achieve the KPI value of network set by the customer.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors of technology in Information Technology with 74.30 percent from Murshidabad college of Engineering& technology which is Under West Bengal University of technology from 2004-2008 affiliated by AICTE
