JOB PROFILE

• I am working as a Junior Executive Production for “Thermax Ltd”, Baroda. From Dec 2009 to till date.

• Manufacturing the product as per the quality requirement of the code & customer requirement.

• Making shop floor planning on weekly basis to execute the production as per schedule for on time delivery.

• Resource planning for present & forthcoming product, work with MED department for requirement of new fixture & tooling, co ordination with NDT , heat treatment , welding department for smooth production a shop floor.

• Increase in SMH generation through increase of out put with available crew size, decrease in TPT, multi skilling workmen, realistic & effective shop floor planning decrease in delay.

• To operate and control 2D programming in CNC vertical, horizontal machining, turning center.

• To operate and maintain 2D programming in cnc milling machine.

• To set up equipment in various CNC machine.

• To be responsible for offset work of (x,y,z) for component.

• To supervise dimension with use of measuring instruments like: vernier caliper, micrometer, measure tap, steel rule...etc.

• To preserve dimension as per drawing with manual correction in offset.

• Improve RPD of coil shop through process improvement & resource optimization.

• Establishing system for self-inspection & increase RFT.

• Organization building by multi skilling of workmen safety awareness training of workmen.

• To maintain the system establishment in manufacturing department by document control & manufacturing conducting internal audits, daily production report.

• Maintaining the shop floor discipline & self-environment in the department.

• Have been working as Junior Production Engineer for meril life pvt Ltd vapi. From Feb. 2008 to Dec 2009.
