2000 – Current: Proctor Construction, Vero Beach, FL. Hired as Project Administrator. During 11 years employment successful managed accounting and office duties for projects:

1. 2000- 18 month project. $50 million, multi-story, multi building high end beachside condo project.

• Assisted in preparation of subcontractor contracts using Word template.

• Prepared monthly billing for review by the Project Manager.

• Entered and processed all approved billing for a monthly pay request to Developer each month, using Starbuilder accounting program and excel spreadsheets.

• Recorded meeting minutes during Assisted Change Order Coordinator meetings with Owners to upgrade finishes and/or customize each unit. Using Prolog a record management program.

• Girl-Friday duties: Answered phones, routed call to Project Managers, all Coordinator’s, and Superintendents; established and maintained all files, maintained office supplies, organized, scheduled and prepared for meetings.

• The project successfully completed and I was assigned new project.

2. 2001- 12 month project. $18 million, multi building Yacht Club, Vero Beach on the river.

• Assisted in qualifying bids for contract and preparation of contracts using Prolog merge records.

• Prepared monthly billing for review by the Project Manger.

• Entered and processed all approved billing for a monthly pay request to Developer each month, using Starbuilder accounting program and excel spreadsheets

• Prepared follow up pricing and direction to Subcontractors for all changes.

• Established company procedure for using Prolog to be used for preparation and maintenance of all meeting minutes, writing of contracts and overall all record management of a project.

• Performed Superintendent duties to complete the Project, due to abrupt departure of the Project Manager.

6. 2008- Current project. $14 million assisted living facility in West Melbourne.

• Replaced new hired Girl-Friday at the request of Proctor Construction President.

• The project is nearing completion and I will be laid off.
