Summary

Mr. Balbierer is currently the owner and operator of JD’s Locker, LLC. The company was formed in 2010 and successfully launched a real estate advertising website in July of 2010 called, Global Escape Realty. Mr. Balbierer handles a majority of the marketing and bookkeeping for the service. He also provides support for the strategic goals of the company and product development.

Mr. Balbierer is not a participant in search engine evaluation. As an independent contractor with Leapforce, Inc., Mr. Balbierer is given many different type tasks to rate based on quality rating instructions. Mr. Balbierer has rated multimedia, intellectual and search engine queries and continues to rate new tasks at present.

Mr. Balbierer also has experience in many different scientific and customer service-based positions, such as: retail customer service, aerospace sciences and emergency management. Work Experience

• November 2010 – Present: Mr. Balbierer is currently working as a Search Engine Evaluator for Leapforce, Inc. He provides quality rating information to companies requesting a human factor in evaluating how best to provide information to people.

• January 2010 – Present: Mr. Balbierer started the company, JD’s Locker, LLC. The company is solely online and provides real estate advertising space through a website called, Global Escape Realty. Currently, the site provides a portal for property listings, globally. He handles a portion of the website’s marketing and the bookkeeping. He also develops the strategies and streamline methods for future business. In 2011, Mr. Balbierer would like to begin construction of a sister website for commercial real estate listings.

• April 2006 – September 2009: Mr. Balbierer was a staff meteorologist with ENSCO’s Aerospace Sciences and Engineering Division. As an operational meteorologist to commercial airliners, he demonstrates the ability to present crucial weather information that may impact the operations of the customers (flight managers, dispatchers, air traffic coordinators). The information presented includes: tropical cyclone impacts, polar weather forecasts for emergency alternate landing terminals, forecast icing products, convective outlooks, and national / international airport terminal forecasts. Mr. Balbierer has also assisted in the development of new weather products and contributed to innovating web site design.

o Produced daily charts for flight-level icing, solar weather impact, flight-level critical temperatures (over North Pole), and emergency landing outlooks

o Conducted two daily conference call briefings to flight dispatch.

o Special weather impact briefings containing detailed flight impacts during impending and ongoing significant weather events.

o Technically written and verbal weather forecasts for domestic and international airline hubs.

• January 2005 – December 2005: As the Assistant State Meteorologist to the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Mr. Balbierer was responsible for alerting municipal, state, and federal authorities to impending hazardous weather situations (tropical cyclones, wildfires, river flooding, and other variations of severe weather) and mitigating post-event impacts through planning and logistics operations. Other job functions include public press briefings during significant events and state-wide programs to instruct communities on how to respond to hazardous weather.

o Conducted preparedness exercises for local and state officials

• 1998 – 2004: Mr. Balbierer was a customer service representative at Publix Super Markets, Inc. over a six-year period. Job duties included assistant store trainer, cashier, inventory stocker, produce clerk, and pharmacy technician.

Awards and Certifications: During the one-year term at the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Mr. Balbierer was presented a recognition award from the Florida Department of Veterans Affairs for assisting with their hurricane exercise and from the American Red Cross for assisting in their local hurricane exercises. He received certification of achievement from the State of Florida Emergency Management and FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) certification for achievement in 2005. On several occasions, Mr. Balbierer has been awarded for outstanding service in customer support with ENSCO, Inc.
