Main responsibilities include scheduling jobs for production, quality control, and purchasing. Also responsible for troubleshooting workflow issues, job quoting, job planning, and writing up new jobs as they enter the shop. Other duties include machine maintenance, pre-press production, and contacting vendors for outsourcing.

Main responsibilities include color/image retouching, as well as the assembly of files in layout programs. Also responsible for image/file output, file manipulation in both layout and imaging programs and troubleshooting output errors, all while successfully achieving deadlines and upholding high standards of quality. Main programs used are Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark Xpress, Pagemaker, In Design, and Adobe Acrobat.
