CPG is a multi disciplinary design. Scope of works ranges from Urban Planning, Architectural designs and consultancy, Landscapes design. I worked at the design department of CPG.

Duties include :

• Designs and present to clients architectural drawings using CAD software

• Prepare working drawings, Review/comment on plans, materials, colors and revised.

• Drafting engineers design and architects design into a working drawings

• Prepare submission to respective local authorities.

• Preparing quotations.

• Finalize schematic designs for approval.

• Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Major Projects Involved (to list a few):

• Proposed Erection of Conservatory complex and support facilities to Gardens by the Bay at marina boulevard( marina south planning area)

- My involvement here was to prepare the working drawings of the conservatory complex. Plans, details, sections and presentation drawings was assigned to me from the sketches of the Architects.

The Gardens by the Bay is a working name for the planned development of three major parks around the Marina Bay in downtown Singapore. It will allocate 94 hectares of prime waterfront land for park space, including a conservatory and serving as Singapore's second botanical garden. The first phase of development is expected to be completed by end 2010.

• Conversion of the Existing Commercial / Residential building with a basement Development at Outram Park Singapore

- I was assigned to do some layout plans on some of the residential units and did the sectional elevations of the building and some sectional detailing. I did some Site visiting and inspection.

• KL _Mayang- 38 storey of Executive Duplex at KL Malaysia

My involvement here is the preparation of architectural drawing of plans, sections and details.
