August 2009 to Present. Serve as adjunct
professor for the Degree
Completion Program. Teach
courses including "Organizational and
Group Communication," "Human Resources
Management" and "Principles of Management &
Leadership." Consultant, Kent State University,
2008 to 2009. Supervised faculty of 12,
facilitating training and strategic planning.
Training Manager / Facilitator, Bright Side,
Inc., 1998 to 2008. Led / coached executives
and managers in multiple leadership functions.
Long-term clients included Dow Chemical, a
global, Fortune 50 Company, and MHSI, a small
engineering firm. Instituted Learning
Management System curriculum. Managed cross-
functional teams. Implemented processes for
change management and product development,
improving client services.

Tank & Fabricating Company, 1996 to 1998.
Generated training and intervention solutions
for this small, family-owned steel fabrication
company. Oversaw HR functions. Developed
curriculums for technical classes,
collaborating with engineers and teaching team
