Served as principal technical writer to generate highly effective customer-facing documentations for Distributed Desktop Management (DDM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) SaaS products.

Selected accomplishments:

- Authored HTML based online help for DDM. The project was accomplished on time and under budget with high degree of technical accuracy and user relevancy despite the complete lack of specification documentation and delay in product development. Also served as a subject matter expert assisting the internal beta user group.

- Authored Getting Started Guide documents to support deployment activities.

- Authored HTML based online help for the SAM product, converting content from 26 disparate pdf documents.

- Worked with internal QA team and a third party localization vendor to localize DDM online help into 6 different languages.

- Upgraded and maintained all product release documentation (including release notes) to support over 10 upgrade releases.

- Authored many end user aids for component services such as online backup and data encryption services.
