Achievements
Implemented and managed new survey department utilizing current GPS technology for layout and automated machine grade control which resulted in huge savings. Finegrade production was increased by at least 100%, Outside survey cost was reduced by 75%, and subbase, asphalt, and concrete were reduced by 15%.. It also increased production on general earthwork operation by achieving greater accuracy on the first try.
Researched and purchased computerized estimating software which resulted in standardized formatting, the ability to make accurate last minute changes, and significant time savings by streamlining the bid setup and eliminating repetitive data entry that could result in errors.
