o Growth of different semiconducting nanowire phosphor and device structures using MOVPE process using VLS approach.

o Development of lead-free conductive adhesive for the purpose of replacing solder in electronic packaging application to reduce environmental pollution and lowering energy consumption.

• Synthesis and characterization of relaxor ferroelectric materials/dielectric materials with the group of Prof. Dhananjai Pandey from May’05 to February’08.

• Research paper on “A New Material with Atomized Cobalt- Multiwalled Carbon nanotubes: A possible substitute for human implants” is in press for publishing.
