Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company (du), provides fixed, mobile, broadband, IPTV and broadcasting services. du has pioneered in offering delivering next generation services like FTTH and triple-play services using the state of the art telecommunications network.
My responsibility includes but not limited to:
• Manage operations and maintenance of du’s International Gateway Solutions comprising of multiple Cisco Media Gateways (MGX 8880), Cisco IP Transfer Point (ITPs 7507), Huawei STPs, Huawei NGN Solution Soft Switches and multiple nodes of Italtel iMSS (Soft switch) NGN solutions connecting to carriers across the World.
• Helping Management in defining and providing intelligence with regards to the Fixed Core international and signaling gateways roadmap and in the development of strategy.
