2006 – 2011: Country Service Coordinator FMC TECHNOLOGIES (Surface Division)

Involved in client wellhead program plans and executing them in compliance with procedures and standard. Coordinate training for field service technicians and workshop crews in the base. I was Involved in running and installation of wellheads in Exxon Mobil Producing Nigeria drilling project e.g. Oso, Yoho, Edop, Usari, Asabo, Etim, Ubit, Idoho etc. Also involved in Total Nigeria project for Toju 2 mud-line, Ime 12, Ime13, Edekan etc wellhead installation, Agip Nigeria Sub-sea tie back installation for Okono wellhead completion, Afren Energy Ebok phase 1 & 2 mud-line projects. I carried out regular monthly ledger report, coordinate in-house HSE meetings, ordered materials, controlled documents, and report the progress of projects to management.

2000 – 2006: Completion Engineer, FMC TECHNOLOGIES NIGERIA.

I was involved in running and installation of FMC wellhead equipments in Nigeria oil and gas drilling fields i.e. installation of Single block wellhead Xmas tree, Dual wellheads, sub-sea Tie back system, Mud-line suspension wellheads system, Casing spools, Casing heads and intelligent wellhead completion for Exxon Mobil, Total and ENI Producing Nigeria. Also oversee the supervision and monitor the use of high pressure hydraulic tools and testing of wellheads Xmas tree and hangers etc.

Project: Exxon Mobil: 3-IN- 1 Wellhead Completion (Triplex Xmas Tree Completion)

Oversee the supervision of side by side FMC Xmas tree installation, repairs and maintenance for Exxon Mobil drilling wells. Running three hangers simultaneously on 42 inch conductor pipe including base plate, landing support ring, Uni-head and Xmas tree; supervising of line activities to ensure performance in accordance with client specifications

Project: Total: Mud Line Suspension System Installation

Scheduling and coordinating of equipment to the rig. Supervision of line activities to ensure performance is in accordance with client specifications; Installation of 30 inch, 13-5/8 inch and 9-5/8 inch mud-line hangers including TA cap etc.

Project: Afren Energy: Ebok Phase 1 and 2 Mud Line Suspension system Installation & Single Block Wellhead Completion.

Running and installation of Sub-Sea tie back system including casing hangers and Xmas tree etc. Testing of surface and Sub-Sea Xmas tree, hangers and casing spools.

I was responsible for supervising sub-sea drilling tools, related equipment and monitoring the distribution of the tools to rig.

ACADEMIC PROJECT

Development of Critical Path Algorithm for Solving Shutdown Scheduling Problem of Refineries:

Shutting down one or several units in a refinery is a complex and expensive process. In order to minimise the potential problems inherent during shutting down operation at refineries operations, a system that can effectively help reduce the operating expenditure is a key objective of this paper.
