The past 3 years have been spent estimating and assisting project managers on civil construction projects in Hawaii. This coupled with (40) forty years of experience in the civil and structural engineering and construction industry as a designer and an engineering project manager has made me successful in winning a variety of projects in Hawaii. Responsibilities have included supervision and coordination of civil/structural design in the municipal and facilities engineering. I also have an extensive background in AutoCadd and headed up cad design groups. I have also worked as a designer in the oil and gas industry, petro-chem industry and pipeline related projects.
