To whom it may concern:

It has been my pleasure to have taught Nicole Valle in an undergraduate research course. I found Nicole to be an inquisitive and industrious student who values knowledge and is a quick study. Nicole always turned her work in on time, usually early, and was an enthusiastic participant in classroom discussions; she provided positive comments and was generous in her questions for her fellow students.

Along with teaching, I own and operate a high-tech company that serves college and graduate students across the country. As an employer, I am always on the lookout for employees who I am confident will fulfill their obligations with grace and passion. Nicole is one of these people – I would hire her in an instant if I would work out the logistics. She would make a positive and productive member of my team.

You are fortunate to have Nicole Valle’s acquaintance and I highly recommend her as a student and organizational member.

Sincerely,

Darin R. Molnar, PhD
