Fifteen (15) years of responsibility working in the enrollment department troubleshooting problems with membership applications for Doubleday Book Club. My duties included reviewing applications, processing coded and validated applications. I also prepared, corrected or rejected membership applications and coded others with reject letters that could not be corrected. Additional duties were cataloging orders for processing and completing log sheets. I also was on call to help in the return department of the music club. I work well independently or as a member of a team.
