Assembly and analysis of observations and outpatient surgery records

Worked closely with unbilled accounts report to keep track of high-dollar records to help coders to work with them, updated physician query logs, and organized coders area by locating coded and un-coded charts to proper locations.

Major Achievement- Supported my HIM Director for steps to migrate from paper to computer-based patient health records.
