QUALIFICATIONS

I have an outstanding background in safety in a transportation and manufacturing plant environment. I’m experienced in operations of pumps, compressors, tanks, diesel engines and hands on pneumatic tools. I am versed in basic construction principals and operations of powered heavy equipment. I have a class “A” CDL and a TWIC card. I have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and achieve goals.

· Ensure safe transport of oil field equipment throughout the US without a single violation or incident for over half a million miles.

Process Operator Class “A”

· Individually managed all process controls for a continuous and batch process plant while performing all duties without a single safety incident.

· Operate, line up, troubleshoot and service plant equipment. Including pumps, compressors, valves, instruments and switchgear.

· Operate heavy equipment including backhoe, reach truck, forklift and aerial lifts.

· Perform lab duties including testing and sampling product using titration, color analysis, SG, pH, GC, HPLC, rheometers and ovens.

· Develop and update procedures for operations of plant equipment and lab duties.

· Operations and coordination in a shut down and start up of plant. Including clearing and tagging of equipment lines for safe opening.
