Assets - $5.8 billion, Revenues - $250 million
• Responsible for directing the development and management of fiscal policies and operations including accounting and data processing, strategic business planning, financial reporting, cash management, funding and internal controls. .
• Led the acquisition of institutions with assets of $280 million, $450 million, $700 million, $1.0 Billion and $1.1 Billion, respectively, over a thirteen-year period. Coordinated the integration of disparate MIS and accounting operations.
• Pioneered the restructuring of the institution into a holding company with two subsidiaries to save over $4 million per year in taxes. This structure had never been done before within the Farm Credit System.
• Implemented real time data portal management reporting system.
• Instituted automated expense claim system and accounts payable function.
• Managed finance/accounting department staff of 30.
• Managed monthly billing and account maintenance process for over 8,000 customers.
• Led the creation and implementation of a Preferred Stock which generated $100 million in additional capital and improved capital ratios by over 1%. Also guided the marketing of the stock to customers.
• Initiated review and replacement of $1 million MIS system resulting in annual cost savings of $300K.
• Extensive SOX 404 certification implementation experience.
• Served on national Accounting Standards Work Group for the Farm Credit System.

• Established Anytime Fitness (national franchise) club in Windsor, CA. Oversee operations and manage all aspects of the business. Club currently supports 700 members.

• Responsible for corporate accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting as well as corporate security, personnel activities, facilities management and internal audits.

• Introduced new product - Business Credit Card - to over 20 GM units.
• Implemented turn-around strategies to achieve profitability in all business segments.
