A team player with 10 plus years’ experience as a Mechanical/Maintenance supervisor and 20 plus years in total hands on industrial mechanic/technician in the Oil/Gas and Power generation industries. Experience

April 2009 to Dec. 2011- 2 year contract with Gas Services International Singapore.

Site Supervisor Bagrabad gas field Bangladesh

• Supervision of operations & maintenance (OM contract) of Ingersoll/rand gas compressors and

Waukesha (VHP Series) gas engines and (VGF Series) gas gensets.

• Supervise Oil recovery and PCP pumps

• Liaise with contractors and vendors and maintain cost effective and high quality service.

• Daily tool box meetings and weekly safety meetings.

• Procurements of all necessary documentation for job requirements

• Tracking and Purchase ordering of spare parts (SAP PM) module

• Vibration analysts and NDT inspection

January. 2006 to March 2009 – Delta Explorer platform Persian gulf Qatar (offshore)

Maintenance Platform supervisor.

• Supervise the safe and effective execution of necessary replacements and repairs to restore service in the event of failure or malfunction

• Supervise of 18 persons of different trades and specialties and a deck crew of 10 persons who handle the logistics and cleaning on the platform

• Supervise the implementation of company safety and environmental procedures.

• Maintain and P.M repairs of rotational equipment (Siemens gas turbine,Ariel gas compressors & recovery skids,pumps, well heads,dehydration units, also all static equipment, Valves,separators, piping, fire prevention equipment and system.

• Write and record mechanical records and procedures (CMMS) system

April 2000 to September 2005- Smith/Enron Cogeneration Gas/Steam turbine plant. Maintenance Supervisor for a 135MW

• Maintain running order of Cat diesel engines (3600 Series)

• Maintain running order of G.E gas and steam turbine

• Track and order all parts necessary for stock ( CMMS )

• Daily tool box meetings

• Risk assessment within HSE standards

• Carry out and supervise all the mechanical activities ( repairs, assembling, bearings, balancing, alignment, dismantling and machining )

• Ensure that suitable written records or work undertaken are kept in accord with company procedures.

• Ensure that workshop equipment was maintained in good working order.

• Work and assist EPC and other contractors.

January 1994 to December 1999 – Crown wall coverings, Lead hand Mechanic/Millwright
